Personal Training

  • 2 sessions per week - $400 per month

  • 3 sessions per week - $550 per month

  • Discounts available for group sessions

Hybrid Training

  • 1 day a week in person training with custom workout plans and support on other days - $225 per month

Custom Monthly Lifestyle Plan

  • As described under “Lifestyle Coaching” above - $150 per month
