Personal Training

  • 2 sessions per week - $300 per month (Discounts available for new signups!)

  • 3 sessions per week - $400 per month (Discounts available for new signups!)

  • Discounts available for group sessions

Hybrid Training

  • 1 day a week in person training with zealous support on other workout days - $200 per month

Custom monthly lifestyle plan

  • $150 per month
